Regarding physical products, you have seven days from your date of purchase to request a refund minus shipping charges if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please reach out to us within seven days by midnight PST from your date of purchase to request a refund at hello@littlefashionunivesity.com 

Upon determining that you are granted a refund pursuant to this policy... Little Fashion University, LLC will issue a refund back to the original payment processor. The Company does not control the payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
